Jan Powers: “We owned.. past tense right… two time shares Westgate Gatlinburg, uh.. Vacation Village..”
Joe: “Parkway”
Jan: “at Parkway or something..”
Apex Professionals: “Why did you decide originally to purchase the timeshare?”
Jan: “We had plans.. to travel this world!”
Joe: “And Investments. They told us they were good investments”
Jan (laughing): “No.. no they didn’t tell us that”
Joe: “They did”
Jan (still chuckling): “Ok.. whatever.. ok”
Apex Professionals: “Have your maintenance fees gone up at all since you purchased your property?”
Jan: “Oh yes.. double.. maybe triple”
Apex Professionals: “Have you ever spent any money to advertise your property and list it..”
Jan: “Oh gosh… Now you are getting into the part that kills me. I had people call ME. Rent your timeshare, we can get you bla bla bla bla for renting..”
Joe: “Sell your timeshare for you. We can sell it. We’ve got people waiting.. yeah.”
Apex Professionals: “Did you ever hear any phone calls from any of them?”
Jan: “Never!”
Joe: “Never.. nope”
Apex Professionals: “Never any phone calls at all..”
Joe: “We would have been better off just taking the money out and throwing it out in the yard. At least we may have found it if we looked for it again.”
Jan (laughing): “Yeah there ya go!”
Apex Professionals: “What is your experience today with Apex Professionals?”
Jan (Sigh of relief): “Got out of it! (our timeshare”
Joe: “Relief! We are glad to be out of it (our timeshare)”
